Malt Bill:
13 lbs 2-row
1 lb Munich
0.25 lb Crystal 40

Mash at 150-152° for 60 min w/ 1 tsp gypsum
OG: 1.071

Hop Bill:
1 oz Horizon @ 60 min
1 oz Centennial @ 10 min
1 oz Simcoe @ 5 min
1 oz Amarillo @ 1 min
Dry hops:
1 oz Horizon - 5 days
1 oz Amarillo - 2 days
IBUs: 51

Fermentation:
Yeast - Safale US-05
Fermented at 66 several days until started slowing down then raised temp to 73 to finish off
FG: 1.014
ABV: 7.5%
