1.25 lbs Munich 10L
1.25 lbs Rye malt
0.75 lbs Crystal 40L
0.25 lb Black Patent
0.25 lb Chocolate malt

Mash at 153° for 60 min
OG: 1.054

Hop Bill:
1 oz Centennial @ 60 min
1 oz East Kent Goldings @ 15 min
1 oz East Kent Goldings @ 0 min
IBUs: 40

Fermentation:
Yeast - Wyeast 1056 American Ale Ale
Temp - 72°
Duration - 21 days
FG: 1.015
ABV: 5.3%
